I'm so grateful Kimberly and I had chance to reconnect after discovering that we'd actually met before in our 20's! Since then, we've gone through some ups and downs in life (as we all do) and in this episode we reflect on life lessons and stepping into new versions of ourselves.
As we uncover here, we can be doing all the "right" things for our health but still be having issues because health isn't all about what you're "doing" but who you are being.
It's not easy to endure the traumas we all face in life with love and loss but it's we can come out on the other side with wisdom, peace and find new joys. It's not only possible but needed for a healthy life.
