What do the Rolling Stones, Beach Boys, Byrds, Band, Bob Dylan, Young Rascals, Bruce Springsteen, Jesse Winchester, Jethro Tull and The Who all have in common, besides creating memorable music? All of these artist have turned to the accordion when then want to add that "something special" in a song. It is an instrument which can be found in various configurations in countries across the globe. We contend it's the most maligned instrument in the musical tool box, but around here we give it the respect it deserves. So, as we conclude Accordion Awareness Month, we proudly present our tribute to the accordion!
