I caught myself giving God deadlines in prayer. "Can you heal them in 24 hours?" Like I'm God's project manager or something. The audacity was real. In this episode, I'm getting uncomfortably honest about the subtle ways we try to control God, other people, and situations - all while thinking we're being "spiritual." From passive-aggressive Bible accountability questions to micromanaging other people's spiritual growth, it's time to call out the controlling behaviors that are actually pushing people away from faith.

WHAT YOU'll LEARN

  • Why asking "Did you pray today?" might be more controlling than caring
  • The shocking difference between spiritual discipline and spiritual guilt
  • How to spot when you're trying to play God in other people's lives
  • Why people are walking away from church (and it's not what you think)
  • The truth about fasting for breakthrough vs. fasting for show
  • How to surrender control without becoming passive
  • 3 ways to check your motives before "helping" someone spiritually

When we try to control God's timeline and other people's spiritual journey, we're actually playing God without His permission. True faith means trusting His process, His timing, and His methods - even when they don't match our expectations or schedules.

What's ONE way you've tried to control God's timeline or someone else's spiritual growth? Be honest in the comments - no judgment, just growth! 👇
