A Manhattan jury has acquitted Sean "Diddy" Combs of the most serious charges in his federal case but found him guilty on two counts of transporting women across state lines for prostitution. A bail hearing was set to begin at 5 p.m. today, where Judge Arun Subramanian will decide whether Combs can be released while awaiting sentencing. While Combs avoided the life sentence he could have received under the more serious charges, he still faces up to 20 years. But former federal prosecutor Mitchell Epner speaking to the Associated Press estimated a sentence of 24 to 30 months. Drew Nelson reports.
