One of my former professors, and an all around amazing women, Dr. Erin Joyce joins the show to discuss her journey as a Wellness Coach, her resilience in life, mindfulness, and so much more.

Erin Joyce is a Wellness Coach, specializing in yoga instruction, Reiki, and Ayurveda. She will be launching an online program this summer about a holistic approach to quitting drinking alcohol.
