Yolanda Williams is a teacher of Energetic Alchemy, an Intuitive Mentor, and the host of the Reiki Radio podcast. She is also certified in Wellness Counseling through Cornell University, using techniques to help clients and students achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and initiate self-awakening.
She shares how the most challenging part of doing “the work” isn’t the tools or techniques, but the radical responsibility it takes to truly see yourself, your thoughts, your words, your patterns.
