✅ Step 1: Silence Before Screens
Start your day without your phone. Just 5 quiet minutes. This is your sacred space.
✅ Step 2: State the Energy You Want to Feel
Ask: “How do I want to feel today?” Choose a word: Peaceful. Focused. Grateful. Powerful.
✅ Step 3: Write One Intention Sentence
Example: “Today, I lead with clarity and calm.”
