To keep up with the caliber of talent he faced each week required an extreme amount of discipline and focus. Despite the fierce competition, he always believed his only true competitor was actually himself. He spent the early part of his career gaining perspective in consulting while understanding how technology can allow for global scale. It became clear that building people, teams, and culture within organizations was the fueling force behind his true purpose.
