HaveHealth, LLC helps family caregivers improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and reduce costs. Beth Suereth has developed a wonderful guide "How to help your loved one in the hospital." Beth joins me today to discuss her top tips relating to managing communication with hospital staff, ways to prevent common hospital mistakes and how to keep your loved one from going back to the hospital. Beth is focused on creating a family caregiver culture that will drive improved patient outcomes.
