Welcome to the 86th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Christine Kranz, MCC. Christine lives in Liechtenstein and Vienna and has been a Top Executive Coach for over 30 years. She is a pioneer in the coaching sector and the founder of Symbolon AG (1996). In 1999, she developed the Symbolon-Method® and Symbolon-Profile, which are based on artworks, symbols, and archetypes and stand for reflective competence in business. She founded the Symbolon Academy in 2002 and in 2017 she expanded the program with the E-Learning Academy. Parts of the training and licensing, through which professionals in consulting, training, and HR go, are recognized by the ICF Level 1 Accredited Training & CCEU. From 2019 to 2020 she was President of ICF Germany. In 2023, she launched the first AI chatbot self-coaching tool worldwide that uses art and performs complete coaching.
