Today, Personal Growth Coach John Ballinger and his co-host Douglas Ford focus their discussions on one of the most challenging elements of self-development: change. Change is hard, but change is inevitable. In order to grow, change must happen. According to a recent Forbes article, people's willingness to accept change, especially in the workplace, has declined significantly. Change is the only constant in a world full of change and inconsistencies.
John, with his wealth of experience, shares some of the reasons why change is so difficult. Here's a hint, it has to do with our emotional intelligence.
