It's time to cover another Paul Walker movie we missed, this time with the help of Brian Rodriguez (Twilight Slumber Party): Timeline -- featuring Brian O'Conner in the middle ages! After discussing the adaptation debacle of Michael Crichton's novel, we talk about the Fastnections (Brian Tyler and... John Cena?) before diving into our frustrations with the film's plot. Namely: why are you sending seven idiots through a wormhole to rescue a single person? Brian compares this movie to Saving Private Ryan. We try to understand the rules of the wormhole. We lament a cool idea they touch on but don't explore and that Paul Walker basically always plays Brian. Could the Family survive in the 1300s? Brian promotes his new podcast.
