I was lucky enough to reach thirty and finally being in love and in peace with my body. My belly, my cellulite, my boobs feeling the gravity are the symbol of my wisdom. In this episode I share some understanding on how I reached that, and how your mental health is directly connected to it. I also share with you my thoughts on US election and what is going on in the world and how now more than ever we need to feel good in our bodies and protect them from people who wants to own them.
