Dr. Wightman talks about reaction time and the steps you can take to improve mental acuity. He references sports stars such as @TheSargeTF Tony Schumacher top fuel drag racer who relies on reaction time take out competitors, or baseball players at bat such as @cgrand3 Curtis Granderson reacting just at the right moment to release bat to ball. His example is the tragedy in Higland Park, IL where many lives were lost during a fourth of July celebration.
