Today I want to tell you about the exact 4-step framework that I personally developed and used to take myself from a negative, worrisome, anxious person who struggled to look at anything through a lens of optimism to a person who is now positive, deeply grateful for the life I live, and almost always optimistic no matter what happens.
This framework is simplified into the "4 S's" and I'll walk you through exactly how to apply this in any area of your life to radically shift your thinking to that of a positive person on the journey to success in whatever area(s) are most important to you.
Here's the framework if you'd like if for reference later:
1.) Shut Up!
2.) Speak the opposite.
3.) So grateful for ______.
4.) State your #1 goal.
