Many people are saying they plan to work into their 70's or longer more than any previous generation. We look at North American trends and a bigger picture global view. I relate and connect to this topic. This podcast was created and inspired from my ground level experience and perspective as an older worker. Exploring the new work marketplace, after leaving my longtime sales/marketing career role became a high interest topic that I dug into and continue to learn about.
