His industry experience covers 25 years in corporate leadership at Vodafone, Mars and Canon – and in learning & development at IE Business School, where he served as Associate Dean overseeing their top ranked Global Executive Education programs. Dr. Gafo lectures on change management at the School of Engineering at Brown University (USA), serves as Expert in Digital Marketing at the United Nations Academy ,and contributes as a researcher for the United Nations World Tourism Organization. He holds a PhD in Marketing and Communications at the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain.
