I’m a wellbeing and performance coach, speaker and author and this podcast brings together guest experts, inspirational stories and ideas that I hope will you a bit of a boost.

My guest today is the Chief Nutrition Officer at Simple app, and founder of Fertility Dietitian UK, Ro Huntress.

Her background as an NHS dietitian where she specialised in diabetes and weight management has given her a wealth of insights into what really works and more importantly how to make necessary changes to your diet.

I didn’t want to talk to Ro about just general nutrition, but more what she has noticed about the impact that ‘health tech’ such as the Simple app can have on our long term results and consistency.
