Vicky is widely known for applying and teaching Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a model to support a relationship-based approach in schools, families and organizations. Vicky sets the tone for prioritizing effective communication to inspire inclusive and compassionate spaces for living and learning. She is a public speaker, instructional leader and consultant.
