In the distant future, the great shining star of herodom, Valor, takes down one of the most chaotic villains Horizon City has ever known. But decades later, Acyyd Splash is out and at it again. The aging hero now has but one hope to save the city from the villain’s destructive antics and to bring Splash to justice once and for all.
