Today, I'm excited to share my unique process of planning for a productive and fulfilling 2025. Let’s fight back against the overwhelm of New Year's resolutions by taking a slower approach, reflecting on past achievements, and setting intentions for the future. We will cover each of the steps I use, including reviewing my calendar and journal from 2024, choosing a guiding word for the year ('stewardship' for 2025), practicing visualization, creating a vision board, and brain dumping goals, narrowing down those goals and using the '12 Week Year' method to break them down into actionable steps. Finally, I emphasize the importance of knowing your 'why' behind each goal and having an accountability partner to stay on track. Tune in if you love goal-setting or need a fresh perspective on planning for the new year!
