Leadership in God’s kingdom has nothing to do with your age, your stage, or your résumé. It has everything to do with availability and obedience.
Psalm 92:14 says, “They still bear fruit in old age; they are ever full of sap and green.”
God doesn’t retire His men. We might slow down, but we’re never sidelined. And we don’t wait until we’re “ready” to engage—because truth be told, that day never comes if we’re always waiting to feel qualified.
