We are back with Part 2 of the Meet Your Hosts Convo.

This episode will help you get to know us as we share some of our personal stories so that you can connect with us a little more and learn about what has contributed to us becoming the formidable women we are!

In this convo I (Ella) am voicing some of the contributing factors that have shaped me as a woman, mother and Conspire Breath-work Coach. It’s international in flavour sprinkled with a little drama and intrigue.

I share from my world from the heart with a particular nod to what it feels like to experience domestic violence/abuse. If this is a subject that you are experiencing yourself, please see below for some resources that may help you navigate your situation.

In this WHOLE Convo we get into:

  • The essence of being
  • Connecting to the soul of who we are - the power about sharing our stories
  • International amalgamations of Ella’s lifepath - what it takes to make an Ella:
  • European migration
  • Resisting apartheid
  • International aid work
  • A WHOLE Convo monthly celebrations
  • Remembering a Rite of Passage - overcoming challenges with resilience
  • Celebrating escaping to South Africa
  • Violence against women
  • Unpacking the ‘Coming Home to Me Moments’ in a violent relationship
  • Women who stay…have no choice
  • It’s NOT You
  • Look to your resources
  • You are not alone
  • There is always light - always breath…. Journey into breathwork
  • Therapy
  • Growing up with breath
  • Pregnancy yoga
  • Something weird
  • Connecting through hard experiences
