Some recent deep conversations inspired me to talk about the topic of letting go in this first official episode of the Abandon Ordinary podcast.

Now, this won’t be your typical letting go discussion. I don’t want to talk about how you let go of things, get rid of things out of your life, blah, blah, blah.

Instead, let’s talk about how we fill the space that we create by letting things go.

In this episode, I share what happens when you don’t fill up the space created but letting something go, why it’s important to focus on what we do want rather than what we don’t want (especially in relationships), how to let go of a friendship that is no longer serving you, how I stopped a friend in mid-conversation to help him shift his thinking about letting go of a business partnership, why you should write down the things you want, and more.
