Where do you feel like your thoughts, ideas, and feelings are being heard?

Is it here in the Abandon Ordinary space?

I hope so, because the more of us who can be heard and figure out what we want, the happier and healthier we’ll all be.

In this episode, I share what I mean when I saw where can you be heard and how it’s not necessarily in the physical sense, how we’re putting pressure on ourselves to show up in the world in a certain way, what we need to do before we show up in the world, the spaces where I’m able to hear myself, how practically having never lived alone gave me plenty of experience with how to a quiet space to hear myself, what happens if we hear everyone else before we hear ourselves, how asking yourself what you’re doing too much of can help you find the time to hear yourself, what I what you to spend the next week doing, and more.
