Allan Kittleman has done it all in public service. He’s a former councilman, state senator, county executive, and is currently a worker’s compensation commissioner. He is also one of Maryland’s profiles in courage, having spent his entire career doing what he thought was right regardless of the political consequences. From same-sex marriage to the death penalty, Allan always fought for what he believed to be the best public policy, regardless of party politics.
