If you’re working on achieving your life goals by exerting your willpower, you may have noticed that it can cause frustration.

In this episode, I’m discussing why relying solely on willpower to achieve goals is ineffective. The reliance on willpower often leads to disappointment and negative self-talk. Instead, a more powerful tool, backed by science, can be used to achieve goals with greater ease.

The alternative is much better than trying to use willpower. I share a personal challenge that I faced and how willpower didn’t help me at all.
