In this episode, I’m discussing why relying solely on willpower to achieve goals is ineffective. The reliance on willpower often leads to disappointment and negative self-talk. Instead, a more powerful tool, backed by science, can be used to achieve goals with greater ease.
The alternative is much better than trying to use willpower. I share a personal challenge that I faced and how willpower didn’t help me at all.
