In this episode, Cris Balce talks about his decision to switch careers, his promotion within two years in the service, and how he met his wonderful wife prior to his military service.

About the Guest:

Cris Balce was born in Quezon City, Philippines. He holds a double major in Management and Marketing from the Philippine School of Business Administration. Before joining the US military, he worked as a restaurant banquet manager.

He is presently a US Navy Chief Petty Officer. His IG handle begins with Iceman, yet his heart is full of warm love for his lovely family.
