If someone is searching for real estate agents on Facebook, it will first look for their friends who are real estate agents. The rest of the search results page is going to be business pages based on their local area. Your business page might appear in this list, so you have to make sure it’s got a great photo and good content.

Why social media needs to be automated as much as possible

Social media is important, but it usually sinks to the bottom of the list when there’s already so much for us to do. Having a tool that comes up with the content helps create a solution without taking up a lot of our time.

The social media trap many people fall into

One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they should only start posting consistently when they have thousands of followers. The truth is, we need to post consistently to actually get more followers. The more we post, the more people will share us, and the more followers we’ll gain.

Good social media strategies are not flash-in-the-plan, instant gratification models that will deliver leads to us immediately. It is a long-term play, and we must never stop posting consistently, putting ourselves out there, and refining our content. It’s all about building ourselves as brands so that people are clear on why they should work with us.
