In this episode, a private aircraft is making an approach to Phoenix Sky Harbor, when the tower denies the landing due to a special guest.
There is a temporary flight restriction in place due to VIP presidential movement.
The pilot weighs his options with the tower, because he is only able to land at an airport which has customs available, since the aircraft is inbound from Mexico.
