I don't have enough time isn't a good enough excuse.
Alter that way of thinking, and you'll look at everything in your life in a more positive way.
You'll prioritise differently and do more of what you need and want to do.
Imagine having 4 hours extra per week to train? Or practice a language? Work on your guitar skills?
That's 208 hours per year—free time to use in the best possible way. Or 104 hours if you have a small house, like me.
How many hours per week do you run? Do you always give yourself time to do strength work? Mobility?
Is your diet on point because you prepare all your food at home?
If it matters enough, you always have enough time.
