They pride themselves on providing detailed information in their sale catalog, including genomic-enhanced EPDs, actual DNA information, and comprehensive bull videos available online. Customer service is a critical component of their business model. Alan emphasizes that they aim to gain long-term customers rather than simply selling bulls. Their approach has resulted in a high repeat customer rate, with around 80% of buyers returning to their sales. The upcoming sale will be conducted through a live auction with DVA online bidding, allowing buyers multiple options for purchasing.
