Healing isn’t always a straight path. Sometimes it loops back around—and just when we think we’re done, life hands us another test…

In this month’s episode, I’m opening up about my personal healing journey through trauma and how I finally found peace. A big update since 2021 podcast!

Coming from a life shaped by trauma, I knew something had to shift. So I began the journey inward—spending years getting to know myself, gently uncovering my triggers, and noticing the patterns that held me back.

Just when I believed I had moved through the hardest parts, life would quietly place something in front of me. A moment, a memory, a feeling—whispering, ‘Have you truly made peace with this yet?’

The biggest test came when I returned to the place where it all began; the city I left as a child, where I carried so much pain. I expected discomfort, maybe even fear. But this time was different. This time, I felt peace.

In this episode, I’m sharing a few key things that helped me reach this point—the lessons, the tools, and the truths I discovered along the way.

This isn’t just my story—it’s for anyone who’s ever wondered if true healing is possible. It is.

It takes patience, compassion, and the courage to keep showing up for yourself… even when it’s hard.

🎧 Tune in, take a breath, and let’s connect to what truly matters.
