  3. Your unique story is your value, not the status quo
  4. Always apply the "fun metric." If you aren't enjoying your work, you're stuck and so is your ability to resonate with clients and be ingenious.
  5. The magic of attracting ideal clients lies in the story of your purpose, the BTS process of creating a design and the testimonial of user experience.
  6. The story emerges when we listen, to ourselves and our clients. Telling that story is one of the highest forms of marketing - ethical persuasion
