Using this methodology, and grounded in his early training in Lean, Desi founded Building Perspective Inc. in 2006, a Canada based consulting company with a portfolio of over a 100 clients that are committed to creating organizational excellence through the practice of Lean methods.
In addition to being an active Lean Practitioner, Desi is a serial entrepreneur. He finds and grows early stage companies through a disciplined process of commercialization.
His passion for his work is matched by a deep empathy for the human condition. Desi spends his spare time as a mentor and life coach for young professionals, business owners, executives, and parents.
