Meet Dr. Ranjodh Singh: The researcher unpacking why property investors quit too soon
What if the biggest threat to your property portfolio wasn’t the market, but your mindset?
In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Ranjodh Singh, senior economist and research fellow at Curtin University, who led a compelling national study that revealed why nearly half of all property investors sell within just two to four years.
We dig into the numbers and uncover the real-life reasons why people exit early, whether it’s financial stress, mindset, life events, or lack of strategy. Dr. Singh also shares powerful insights into how government policies, rental yields, and tenant turnover are shaping the investor landscape in Australia right now.
If you're aiming to build a resilient portfolio and avoid the traps that sabotage most investors, this one is unmissable.
