Our human bodies are designed to tackle hard moments and then return to a physiologic baseline. Unfortunately, CAAs tend to have an overwhelmed baseline and lots of hard moments. In this episode I share 4 evidence based habits that encourage your body to return to a calm physiologic baseline even in the midst of chaos.
