The concept is beautifully simple: contribution is the foundation of growth. I've seen this principle work consistently throughout my career, even during times of struggle and challenge.

God put each of us here for a reason—to contribute, to teach, to show love and respect, and to be all that we can be. This understanding provides motivation that transcends daily difficulties.
