Welcome to our fourth episode of BeamReach and Beyond. This episode is dedicated to Digital Transformation & Inclusive Society. - How can design thnking help you put the user in the centre and answer `what´s in it for me?´ question?
- What is the role of privilege in digital transformation and how it might exclude vulnerable groups from benefits of the technology for example migrants, refugees, elderly population, people with disabilities and other groups?
