Welcome to “Beat The Mental Health Out Of It!” with your host, The DEFECTIVE Schizoaffective!

The show where I have candid, unscripted discussions about everything related to mental health with a twist of humor and no-holds-barred!

He’s back with another SHITTY episode… may we take your order, PREASE?

IT’S GUFF, again!

Last time Josh graced us with his presence, he revealed the fallout of his best friend’s wife playing a game of “F**k Thy Neighbor As Thy Husband” (check out episode 12 if you missed it).

This time, we’re diving headfirst into a rollercoaster of nostalgia and mildly traumatic reminiscences.

Join us as we unravel the tangled mess of childhood memories, adulting mishaps, and everything in between. Here’s what’s we’re laying down for y’all to pick up:

- How one good teacher can turn a struggling student into a stronger person, and how a poor teacher can exacerbate their issues

- Why it’s crucial to chat about mental health with your kids and doctors before labeling them as “mentally disabled” and the importance of receiving,a proper diagnosis for treatment

NEWSFLASH: Just because they won’t read a book or ignore you, doesn’t mean they have Autism or ADD

- Why authenticity, honesty, trust, and support are essential in friendships, and how their absence can lead to a group implosion beyond repair

- Why you should NEVER compromise your friendships, even if your interests and differences make you question your life choices

- Why is ACCEPTANCE so damn hard, yet provides the greatest opportunity for true growth and catharsis

Was Guff angry at the world? Sure! Is he still angry?

MOST DEFINITELY… but now he’s accepting his life and all its absurdity.

Turns out that deep depression can sometimes be the world’s worst tour guide to profound wisdom.

I was taking notes as he shared his process!

We’ll also delve into how our friendship evolved on a deep level, recount our band “Fool’s Folly” breakup (Drama Llamas!) and pepper the whole discussion with enough SpongeBob references to make you question the seriousness of mental health while heartily chuckling.

So, strap on and let’s get ready to “Beat The Mental Health Out Of It” with GUFF!

Another great episode! Can’t wait for the next, buddy!
