Exactly one year ago today, "Become Empowered: Echoes of Grace and Strength" was released into the world—an anthology that has since created deep healing, unexpected reunions, and lasting impact in ways I never could have imagined. But the road to this book started over 30 years ago, when my husband challenged me to write a musical script that I thought I couldn't write. Join me as I share how reluctance turned into revelation, how each "failure" led to something greater, and how storytelling—first as an actress, then as a writer—became my purpose.
