This episode we review a hemp beer and discuss the vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout. We discuss how the risk of being exposed to trauma is an unavoidable part of the work we do. However, there is a lot we can do to prepare ourselves and avoid this effecting our own wellbeing.
