Qaadirah is currently the Chief Equity Officer, City of Atlanta, and was the CEO of the Future Foundation for 15 years prior to taking her role with the city. We talk about where her resilience comes from, the need to disrupt stagnation in order to achieve equity, the importance of focusing on childhood development, and what it takes to be a gladiator for social justice.
