Sadé Awele is The 2020 AFAM Female Artist of the Year. Her musical style draws influences from her culture and upbringing - fusing melodic sounds from gospel, Jazz, Soul, and R&B to name a few. Some of her influences include Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Beyoncé, and Lauryn Hill.
Named one of the "Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023" by CIBWE, the soulstress is usually accompanied by a band to co-produce an enriching live performance.
