Join me as I chat with the gorgeous Gill Edwards about her journey from burnout to thriving, and how she connected with her deepest self through losing connection with all that she was.

Gill talks about recognising stress not just through our mental load but through our body and nervous system and recognising ourselves as a whole system of being and she shares how recognising that she was the only person who could make a change for her as being a key moment that shifted everything.

Gill chats about how stopping opened her spiritual curiosity and enabled her to connect with herself, and with life, in ways she never has before and she shares a key strategy, if you're in a place of disconnection, of writing down everything you do in a day to really see where you are carrying loads that you don't realise.

Gill talks about the importance challenging our mind, and of relationships and social connections to support our neural pathways, to keep us thriving in later life.
