Join me for this episode where I share a powerful realisation that was given to me a week or so ago about being in survival mode in some way, shape or form - either within myself or within my life up until this point.
When we are surviving we cannot thrive fully - so, is there an area of being or life where you are just surviving?
Spirit are always guiding us and when we pay attention the step we need appears - and I share a simple word they gave me during meditation which led to this seminal moment for me; truly there are no coincidences.
I also talk about being taken to the cause only when we are truly ready to look at and work with what comes up.
