  1. Self-Worth Reflection:
    • Recall a recent situation where you felt undervalued or disrespected. How did you respond, and how did it make you feel? What can you do differently next time to honor your worth and stand up for yourself?
  2. Boundary Setting:
    • Think about your current relationships, whether personal or professional. Are there any individuals who consistently overstep your boundaries or drain your energy? What steps can you take to set clearer boundaries and protect your well-being?
  3. Positive Self-Talk:
    • Pay attention to your inner dialogue. Identify common negative thoughts you have about yourself. For each negative thought, write down a positive affirmation that counters it. Practice repeating these affirmations daily to reinforce a healthier self-image.
