As leaders becoming intentional and value-driven at work and in life makes us want to share this impact with our communities. This often fuels our passion for doing business but also for opening discussions through avenues like podcasting.
After some time, though--six months in my case--we can often stumble and feel exhausted. We might even start to feel a little burned out, and some of us even reach a point where we don’t know how to move forward at that pace.
