Many business leaders are realizing the need to level up client engagement strategies, and studies have shown how much this matters since acquiring new customers can cost several times more than retaining them.
Many of us still struggle to build relationships with clients, though. We often get stuck focusing on closing deals quickly and treating client relations as simple transactions.
