What do you need to truly stay happy in your own head, day after day? The answer won't be the same every day, and it definitely won't be the same for everyone. However, truly knowing the answers for ourselves is one of the single most important things we can do. And the sooner we can find those answers, the better.

That's according to Ian Hickie, one of Australia's foremost experts on mental health, and James O'Loghlin, his collaborator, broadcaster and fellow mental health advocate. In this episode, they join Osher to guide us through the process of finding those answers, including:

  • The most effective way to monitor and track your mental health
  • The importance of finding what works for YOU
  • Why you should prioritise what makes you happy
  • How to set boundaries
  • What you can and cannot change about yourself

And more
